1. A COUNTRY I'D LIKE TO VISIT
The largest country in South America
Brazil is the largest country in South America. I would like to go to this place to know its culture, architecture, landscapes and Amazon rainforest.
| Rio de Janeiro |
The Amazon rainforest is the biggest jungle in the world, so it makes sense that a large part of it lies in the largest country in South America. Around 60% of the jungle’s surface area belongs to Brazil, a far greater percentage than the next greatest, Peru (13%) and Colombia (10%). The Brazilian part of the Amazon is estimated to contain between 96,660 and 128,843 individual species of invertebrates.

If I go there someday, the first thing I’ll do is to explore Amazon rainforest, because this wonderful habitat is home to so many species of fauna and flora as no other ecosystem in the world, and because it is a surprising place for the cultural diversity of its indigenous peoples and for the life that originates and feeds on the multiple banks of the Amazon River , the largest, widest and deepest in the world.
Second, I will travel around the country and visit other remarkable places like São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Brasilia, the federal capital of Brazil, famous for its unique city plan and architecture. I’d love to stay there for a long time, maybe a six months, so that I could know places that are not so famous, but are beautiful and meet peole.
Well, I hope that one day my dream come true!
| Brasilia |
